Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items (the sleeve(s)) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation, SMS, etc.).

In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Sleeves showing obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary

Shipping

To return your product, please use a tracked UK postal service and send it to the return address we will provide after your contact.

Make sure to include:

  • Your name, order number, email address, and a brief reason for the return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item valued over £100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
