4.4 Changing Your Shipping Address
You may request a change to your shipping address at any time before your order is dispatched.
4.5 PO Box Deliveries
We can only use postal services for deliveries to PO Box addresses. Courier services cannot be used for these locations.

We can ship to military addresses via Royal Mail (or appropriate services), but not via private couriers.

Duties and Taxes

All prices on gosonic.co.uk include VAT. You won’t be charged any additional UK sales tax at checkout.
7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay these duties and the item is returned to us, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured against damage or loss up to the value declared by the courier. A shipment is considered lost once confirmed as such by the postal service.
Please note: If a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier, it will be considered delivered. Unfortunately, we have experienced cases of false claims and must rely on courier records. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will either reship your order at our expense or offer a gift voucher exceeding your order value in the event of a genuine loss.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Damaged parcels are either replaced or refunded, according to our Returns and Refund Policy.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the postal service, we will resend your order at no additional cost, or offer a gift voucher exceeding your original order value.
